Vancouver Island to Calgary

So much to see and so little time. we saw so much driving through the Rockies. A range of sunshine, mist and cloud with a little rain. Okanagan Valley in Kelowna, lake Louise, Sicamous. We were on a mission from God and needed to get there in two days. Lists of photos taken from the car as we motored on the highways with a few quick stops thrown in. One stop was at a long drop where the odour was so strong it's took one off ones feet in the car park. I assume it was a bear, wolf and cougar deterrent.  Inside the room the stench made my eyes water and there was no way to breathe without heaving.
And here we are in Calgary with Howard and Jane's son Josh, his wife Kistie and their baby Lincoln. Amazing to think that I have travelled through a portion of the Rockies and I'm in cowboy territory in Calgary, Alberta. I thought I'd sign up for the Stampede and rodeo. Yeeeeeeeha.
